Corissa Hollenbeck

Agent's Assistant

Corissa Hollenbeck grew up in Massachusetts and after graduating from Phillips Academy Andover, she received her bachelor’s degree in English at King’s College London. As an undergraduate, she helped found The Strand – an arts and culture magazine for students in London. She has interned at VICE, Marie Claire, and the Guardian.

After attending the Columbia Publishing Course, Corissa moved back to London and began work at Wiley UK as a program coordinator for their trade non-fiction titles. She now assists Will Francis at Janklow and Nesbit.

Corissa is interested in non-fiction writers that have a critical take on contemporary culture. She also enjoys reading fantasy with impeccable world-building and original concepts. Her favourite works include Still Life with Woodpecker by Tom Robbins, The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss, and Savage Inequalities by Jonathan Kozol.
