James Treadwell
James Treadwell has been a lecturer in the English department at Oxford, and at McGill University in Canada, reviewed for the Spectator, and has written academic books for Yale and OUP. He is the author of a fantasy trilogy published by Hodder which opened with Advent in 2012 and was followed by Anarchy (2013) and Arcadia (2015). He has written two historical novels under the pseudonym Jas Treadwell, The Infernal Riddle of Thomas Peach (2021) and A Fire Beneath the World (2024). He lives in London.
