Tsedal Neeley

Tsedal Neeley is an award-winning professor in the Organization Behavior unit at the Harvard Business School. Prior to her academic career, Professor Neeley spent ten years working for companies like Lucent Technologies and The Forum Corporation in various areas including strategy for global customer experience, helping to shape her work which focuses on the effects of globalization on organizations and their employees. She is the author of three books: The Language of Global Success: How a Common Tongue Transforms Multinational Organizations (Princeton University Press, 2017), Remote Work Revolution: Succeeding from Anywhere (Harper Business, 2021) and, with Paul Leonardi,  The Digital Mindset: What It Really Takes to Thrive in the Age of Data, Algorithms, and AI (Harvard Business Review Press, 2022).
