Naomi Twigden and Anna Pinder co-founded food delivery start up, Lunch BXD, in 2014 to deliver healthy lunch boxes, by bicycle, to individuals and corporate groups in London offices each day. The business grew quickly with customers loving their vibrant, healthy and substantial lunch deliveries. They list Google, the BBC, London Fashion Week and Unilever as regular clients and have been permanently stocked in Waterstones Cafes and Planet Organic. Lunch BXD has featured in Vogue, City AM, House and Garden, Stylist, RED magazine, Harper's Bazaar and was named in the Evening Standard's 'Top 10 Food Trends for 2015'. Their first cookbook, Lunchbox Salads: Hundreds of Healthy Ideas for Every Weekday, was published by Ebury in 2017.
